LITTLE FISHERS PRESCHOOL EARLY CHILDHOOD COMMITMENT
The goal of our Early Childhood Ministry is to share Christ with your child and to provide a loving, Christian environment in which your child can learn and develop. We nurture child development in all aspects of growth with hands-on learning, celebrating the children’s individual gifts while encouraging each one to reach his or her highest potential.
At Little Fishers, we guide your children’s development intellectually, socially, physically, and spiritually providing them the skills they need to grow into strong leaders of tomorrow! An important part of early childhood education is helping children learn how to be excited to learn. They are lovingly guided through daily routines, and taught the importance of respecting one another and the things around them. Each child is cherished as an individual but then challenged to grow in self-control, skills, knowledge and a relationship with Jesus, their Savior and Friend.
Train up a child in the way he should go and he will not depart from it. Proverbs 22:6
We keep you informed! We offer developmental progress report in January and two Parent/Teacher conferences throughout the year.
We admit students of any race, religion, color or national ethnic origin.
Each year your child will experience a similar routine, building on age-appropriate content goals. Classroom schedules include guided play, circle time, Jesus Time, individualized instruction, recess, enrichment classes and free play time. Well equipped classrooms, loving staff offer a challenging and exciting developmentally-appropriate curriculum. (See Curriculum Page for more info)
